[1.8 server|single player] double tallgrass when bottom part destroyed shows Peony item drop

Hi there,

not sure if someone already posted this bug, but whenever you destroy the bottom part of a double tallgrass it shows for a split second a Peone.

so far this happens using the 1.8 mojang server jar and in single player
