[MC-71647] Food Bar Depletes Very Quickly After Riding Horse

After riding a horse and being hit with an attack, my hunger bar begins rapidly depleting and eating does nothing but restores hunger points which are rapidly lost. Logging out and back into the server fixes this issue.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.
