Grafic issue when looking at water y=255+

When i look at water in High 255 or higher there is a Grafic bug when you look through glass at water. If the glass is befor the water the glass seems to be invisible and if the glass is behind the water its looks like when you dont look through water. It only happends at high 255 or high and just in one direction. It only happens when you out of the buildable world and not at high 254 or less.
