the background is black and the lower render distance you get the worse it is im getting it even when 16 and 32 chunks

What I expected to happen was...:

for it not to flash black but as i increased the chunks it started to flash, i also tried to restart minecraft and delete it same with java and nothing still glitched out

What actually happened was...:
Describe what happened here
i created a new world and it started flashing black and the leaves and grass were glitchy changed the render distance to 2 and the sky went black
