[MC-71886] Twitch live stream not working

Every time I try to start stream I receive error code: TTV_EC_SOCKET_ECONNABORTED.

I've tried lowering my settings. Doesn't work.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Java.
Albeit, I can't seem to find OpenGL on my computer anywhere.

Maybe if I got an answer that wasn't vague or cryptic or just a redirection to a closed ticket that's not even the same problem as mine I wouldn't dupe my own tickets. Thanks for all your wonderful help.
