Maybe if I got an answer that wasn't vague or cryptic or just a redirection to a closed ticket that's not even the same problem as mine I wouldn't dupe my own tickets. Thanks for all your wonderful help.
I've manually download the 32-bit and 64-bit versions and I still receive the same error code. 😞
I've tried lowering my settings and it's not working.
