Chunk loading over 9 equals chunk error

Chunk loading over 9 equals chunk error

What I expected to happen was normal block and chunk loading in the distance

What actually happened was multiple chunks lined up with one chunk and moved around over the chunk akwardly

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into settings and disable clouds
2. Set your settings to be as fast as possible aka [Smooth lighting: off, Graphics: Fast, Clouds: off, Ect...]
3. Turn Chunks up to 10 and look around for akward chunking.
