spawning on snow layers
i made a room, in the nether, with snow layers but only thickness 2 to 7 to prevent from spawning,
pigmen spawn
Steps to Reproduce:
1. build a portal 🙂
2. nether rack and snow block floor
3. snow layers 2 to 7

in this room there is no snow layer 1 or 8
there is only slab, glass, and snow layers thickness 2 to 7
Confirmed. They shouldn't spawn on layers 2-7, because that allows them to spawn being stuck in the ceiling.
Maybe duplicate/related to MC-64492.
Snow layer 1 (like natural occuring snow) allows the spawning of mobs, layer thickness 8 counts as full block.
