[MC-72082] Breaking Double tallgrass bug.

Basically when you break double tallgrass for about a frame or so it changes to peony. The video above shows it, i slowed it down.

Please be certain to search the database FIRST for the problem you are having as the majority of tickets submitted are duplicates. We've all done it. I did it the other day. We just have to try a little harder. 😉 Dupe of MC-53439.
