[MC-72176] Server lag causing names to not render on renamed animals

I am on the Mineplex server and Minecraft user Rockomus has a pet mooshroom that is named Grumm, but is named mooshroom on my screen.

Mineplex is a heavily modified server. Please attempt to reproduce this in Vanilla singleplayer or multiplayer.

It could be that they are using tricks like:
The mushroom cow has the name Grumm, but the CustomNameVisible tag is set to 0 (so it is not visible) and then a invisible pig or any other mob with the name "Mooshroom" is riding the mushroom cow 😉
