Black Hole in 1.8

This bug is already happening with me for a long time, a long time I see the game update, and update and this bug never goes away. It consists of a sort of "black hole" that appeared in my world, impassable and insurmountable, I can not walk it, or place blocks. I made a video demonstrating some of the bug, it seems that every update is a little bug different. advantage and showed another bug in the same video, which prevented me from quebrair any blocks.
