Quartz slabs and double slabs using wrong texture

This appears to be correct functionality.

Yes, but the side and bottom of the slabs should use the side and bottom texture of the block, like sandstone blocks, I think.

Nether Quartz Block, unlike sandstone, uses the same texture on all four sides.

Mojang could add a double slab quartz block like 43:8 and 43:9 (43:10?) then fix this to be like normal sandstone slabs.

Fixed as suggested, data value 15 is now smooth quartz
