Breaking a block of tall grass at the bottom/base block by hand causes the texture of a Peony flower to briefly take the place of the top layer of the tall grass block before disappearing.

Notice in the attached video how the double tall grass blocks on the left happened to show the texture of a Peony flower before disappearing? (Apologies for lag issues, in the process of upgrading my PC). It is only a minor issue, but is strange nonetheless.
