[MC-72720] Block Are Sometimes Invisible

In some cases, when placing blocks very quickly, some of them are invisible, but you can still see their little hit-box outline. (See picture below) In this case, I was filling in a hole I had made for a redstone contraption.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

I did go through with the process of forcing my game to crash. I updated my post and inserted my crash log in the "attachments" section.

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w45a or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
