[MC-72744] when i create a world in game everything is see through and i am unable to move

I just re downloaded the game on to my new computer a week ago. every time i've tried to create a world it appears to be see through and i can not move. I have re installed both java and mine craft multiple times now and it has not made the slightest difference.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w47c or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
