Double Tall Grass Breaking Problem

When you break the bottom part of a double tall grass, it momentarily turns into a peony before it breaks. This only occurs when you break the bottom part.

What I expected to happen was that the double tall grass would just break, but what actually happened was it very quickly turned into a peony, then vanished

Steps to Reproduce:
1: Find OR place down a double tall grass
2: Simply break the bottom section of it
