[MC-73015] Chat message stays blank if not supported unicode characters are used

I am sorry if this is a duplicate 😞

Normally, when the chat is empty and you press ENTER, you won't send a message, but when you type a not supported unicode character, it leaves a blank chat line, examples:

HTML-Code:

&#11085;

Don't expect to have all 1114112 possible unicode characters integrated in Minecraft.
