[MC-7314] doing /kill then going near redstone dust crashes the game.

i did /kill and now whenever i go near where i did /kill (i dropped redstone and repeaters (etc.)i get a crash (crash report attached)

this is doing /kill when you have redstone dust in your inventory.. how is this the same?

This issue: Your redstone dust dropped onto the ground (because you died), and rendering that item crashes you.
Issue MC-6757: Rendering items such as redstone dust crashes you.
