Arrows sometimes momentarily face in random directions when hitting entities

The Bug:

Arrows sometimes momentarily face in random directions when hitting entities.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon an iron golem by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:iron_golem ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}

2. Obtain a bow and some arrows and shoot the iron golem multiple times.

3. Watch the arrows closely as you do this.

4. Take note as to whether or not arrows sometimes momentarily face in random directions when hitting entities.

Observed Behavior:

Arrows sometimes momentarily face in random directions when hitting entities.

Expected Behavior:

Arrows would not sometimes momentarily face in random directions when hitting entities.
