[MC-74000] Enchantment preview said Silk Touch, gave Fortune

(Bug occurred on a Realm)

When enchanting a pickaxe, I looked at the preview, which said Silk Touch. I attempted to enchant with that, but the pickaxe ended up fortune instead. This may be a conflict between Fortune and Silk Touch, where both attempted to enchant and Fortune won.

No, it is a guaranteed enchant with a chance for more.

Cannot reproduce or fixed. If you want this reopened, please provide a good explanation and/or a (player enchantment seed/tool/enchanting level) combination where the tooltip shows an enchantment you don't end up getting.

edit: By cannot reproduce I mean both "no reproduction steps provided" and "someone more clever than me looked over the code and ran some tests".
