Nether quartz stairs are not appearing in my world

What version ? 1.4.6 or 13w02b ?

What means "not appearing" ? You'll have to place them!

expand the summary: tell us what you mean by: "Not appearing", tell us how to recreate the bug, and give a couple of screenshots.

BTW: If you mean that when you place nether quartz stairs while in version 13w02b and then go back to 1.4.6/7 and they disappear, that "works as intended"

Quartz stairs are not implemented in 1.4.6 😉
