[MC-7443] Temporary Floating Minecart by Pistons

I made this machine shown in the video below, and when I activate it, the piston makes the minecart move in such a way as the where it floats above the ground. It will ground itself after a random amount of time or until its pushed.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Confirmed in 1.6.2 with a much simplefied circuit.

This issue is not present in the latest snapshot (although I can get the minecart to move into where the block is moving into before it becomes solid, causing it to fall into the ground by 1. Although that's not really a glitch...).
