[MC-7484] Hoppers and comparators don't work with Jukeboxes

We're not able to place CD in jukeboxes with hoppers and comparators can't say us if there is a CD in a jukebox (and BUD switch no longer work with Jukeboxes).

This is not a feature request. It is a bug report, as it documents behavior which shouldn't happen, but does anyway.
