Start up the game then chunks glitch and turn invisible

When I start up minecraft I go into my world i start playing then chunks will start glitching, like turning invisible water disappears but it is still there, i can see through to other cave systems which ruins the HardCore Experience. So i exit the game go back in same happens i reset MC and happens again, the i switch to 1.8 and it still happens Help!

Ok, might be a different issue. Try disabling Mipmapping in your game video settings.

Disabled worked for about 2 mins then broke :/

Nope not using any mods optifine ,anything.Still on default resource pack. It is just the Base Unmodded MC This is still valid.
