Sorry, this isnt really a bug, more of a question. How do you summon Item Frames with Custom Names?

you need an item it it, who has the custom name
like:

/summon ItemFrame ~ ~ ~ {Item:{id:"minecraft:stone",Count:1,tag:{display:{Name:"Custom Name"}}}}

next time don't go on the bug tracker for a quastion, ask on the minecraft forum or something like that
