So i was holding a stained glass and i was looking up and down but i noticed the stained glass was changing lightness/darkness....

I tried with orange/red/white/purple/yellow/lime/pink/gray/light gray/cyan/brown/green/black (all of them)

Able to reproduce, in fact this affects all blocks as well as an empty hand.

Something tells me that a bug like this has been reported before, but I cannot find the report 😞.

Is it because the character covers the block from the sunlight so it gets darker? then it'd be works as intended

It's simulating the reflection of the sun on held blocks. Intended.
