Villager Farming / Breeding Issues

Issues regarding Villager farming and breeding.
1. Villagers stop farming and sharing. I have found that villagers will farm / share happily outside of a village boundary, however they will stop doing so for no apparent reason. I have fixed this by placing doors near the farm. When the "Idle" villager becomes willing if there are enough doors this seems to reset their farming / sharing behaviour. The stopping of farming wasn't to do with the fact that their Inventory was full as I "Stole" all the farmers crops until he was unable to plant the whole field. He would happily plant but never harvest or share food.
2. Villagers continue to farm and share but no longer become "Willing" to breed. Villagers inside a village will stop getting the willingness to breed. Tested in an infinite situation. The Villagers continue to farm and share food but nothing will make them willing to breed. Even trading with the affected villagers doesn't make them willing again. I thought there maybe a food shortage in the situation so added a bunch of food. Still will not become willing.
