[MC-75271] /execute command only works in certain direction Redstone Currents.

Well, this bug, like one of my recent (but worse) ones revolves around Command Blocks. This one, however, will work, but only if the Command Block is attached to a redstone current facing a specific way. Any thoughts?

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w46a or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
