Carpet cannot be pulled downwards

Works As Intended

Carpet pops out when it is pulled downwards by sticky pistons or slimeblocks, but it can be moved upwards without problem

Are you using a normal piston or a sticky piston? Of course carpets are not supposed to be floating.

I edited the post, I'm using sticky pistons and slime blocks
