[MC-75514] Redstone Contraption working only on the z coordinates

I Build a contraption to push the iceblock forward after it is pulled back by the slime block.

The z coordinate is -900
the x coordinates are irrelevant
But event at -899 z coordinate the contraption doesn't work as it should.

Please attach your world (delete the things you don't want to show in MCEdit beforehand). And you don't seem to power all the contraptions at the same time(redstone 15 block limit)...

There are the dat file and the whole world and you can see everything there. It's nothing special

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (i.e. 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft?
