[MC-75563] "Use VBOs" crash on Intel graphics

Enabling "Use VBOs" in the Video settings causes the game to crash (Java not respondign) immediately without a crash log. When I start it back up it loads fine, but as soon as I try to load a world (SP or MP) Java stops responding again.

Incomplete without a crash report from ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]). Please attach it so that we can diagnose your issue.

I swear I searched for the issue before posting and I didn't find it. A mod can delete the post
