[MC-75786] server "up/down" buttons are backwards

In the server select screen on the server images there are buttons to move different servers up or down the list or play that selected server, the hit boxes are backwards for the play button and the up/down arrows meaning if you go to click the up/down buttons it connects you to that server and if you go to play that server it will move the server up or down but only if you go to use the buttons over top of the server icon.

Are you using a texture pack? If so, please switch to the default pack and check if it continues to occur. I cannot reproduce it.

yes I am, and yes it was a result of the texture pack. my apologies for issuing a bug report without troubleshooting better. the texture pack is a more hd version of the default pack and I had forgotten I was using a pack.
