"Pants" Layer of New 1.8 Skins Not Working

I created a new skin and included every new 1.8 layer. I applied it to my account, which worked, except the pants layer didn't show. I checked my skin customization settings, messed around with them, still nothing.

Can't reproduce. Notice the really tiny 1 pixel layer below my left foot in this screenshot?

Just because YOU can't reproduce it, doesn't mean it is resolved. I am still having this problem.

Adam, did you create the skin using a 3rd-party program?

@Adam Barrett
If issues cannot be confirmed by mods or other users, it means it's going to be resolved as "Cannot Reproduce".
BTW Maybe you are putting the pixels you want to be in the "pants" layer in the wrong place (possibly in an unused slot).

@Sonic I used Minecraft Skin Studio Lite, the official one.

Cannot confirm, see screenshots.

Okay, now I'm thinking the skin studio is possibly bugged, but I'm still not sure. I guess all I can do is wait for 1.8.2-pre2 (or just 1.8.2) and hope this gets fixed for me.

@Adam
Are you playing on 1.7.10 or earlier?

@Lucas Two things: I said the affected version was 1.8.2-pre1, and also I'm wearing a "jacket" layer (introduced in 1.8) in the screenshot. So no, I am clearly not playing in 1.7.10 or earlier.

You might want to take the file of your skin, and refer it to a template somewhere else that shows the net skin (Like a model of a 2-D Cuboid opened) with words that show you the part of that area in your file.
