Decoration Blocks in Minecarts cover hitboxlines

A decoration Block in a Minecart (In the example it is coal) covers the white and red lines of hitboxes from entitys (in the example there are two small ArmourStands) even if they shouldn´t.

This is a little bit random somtimes it works.
