Place an Item Frame on a wall with a flat ceiling overhead (such as the exterior wall of a Blacksmith's shop). Place an item in the item frame. Hit the item frame / item to 'drop' the item. Item "flies" off and seemingly disappears immediately after landing. In fact the item is likely on top of the roof or some distance away. Hitting the now empty item frame results in the same behaviour.
