[MC-76346] custom playerhead in enchanting table

When placing a playerhead with ownername in an enchanting table, it looses its playertexture and ownername value.

Cannot confirm for 1.8.2-pre1 when I place the head in the enchantment table, it wont even let me enchant it.

Please provide better steps to reproduce (e.g. command to obtain the head) etc.

Ticket resolved as incomplete, because no answer in a reasonable amount of time (1+ year), if it still happens, please update the ticket.
