problems loading chunks

I don't know if its a bug but if I try to load chunks, it goes haywire and half my screen teleports to random places including underground! please fix this because no matter what world I use, or create, the same problem keeps occurring. I am not experiencing any lag but some blocks in front of me go invisible! I tried to wait for 2 hours but the problem wont stop. Please fix this! =(
