When i went to play mincraft 1.8 the chunks on the screen would flicker, If i were to reload the chunks it would reload with the same chunks flickering. Ive serched many places to see if they had a solution and i tried many things nothing worked. I tried to switch to 1.7.9 and it worked with no flickering. Only 1.8 and above flicker.

You can enable snapshots on your file that you chose to play with.

In the Launcher: Edit Profile --> Check "Enable experimental Versions"
