On some trees dei leaves ot be displayed

Happens to me too (but I'm still in pre-1).
The same leaves are also invisible for a long time, until I go near them and wait for them to appear.
The chunks load entirely, only a pack of leaves, and always the same...
Edit - Tried with the pre-4, it seems resolved. Try with it !

The first screenshots are when arriving, the last two are a bit after.
You can see leaves are here (hitbox, debug info), it's just not rendered until I stand really really close to it for at least 15 sec !
Please redo the screenshot with debug screen (F3) enabled, and please provide the seed .
