Ok, I was workin on my texture pack and I switched to defualt and updated the stone.png in my texture pack, while still in the texture pack gui. I then switched back to my texture pack turned around and all the texture were messed up. Quite funny and I was able to re-create. I was also able to update the textures by updates blocks.

Dude did you notice that I posted this glitch then you posted this glitch and then some other dude posted the glitch. all at almost the exact same time xD. But mine has a video so its better 🙂 LOL
