[MC-76797] 1.7.5+ Bug Where It Looks Like There Is A Chunk Reload Party Going On When Render Distance Is Over 2 Chunks Only Amd Video Cards

I am having textures on chunks' blocks go wierd, and if i fly up about 75 blocks, I can notice all the chunks look the same (it looks like a field of 1 chunk repeated) and this has happened on my other pc too (also uses amd radeon graphics).
