[MC-76913] Boat glithes inside fast moving slimeblock

Boat glithes through fast moving slimeblocks, say moving on a 3.3m/s flying machine. Also creates unusual water particles.

How to reproduce
1. Create a supercharged flying machine, with a boat on the front (example in attachments
2. Activate the flying machine.
3. Boat glithes into the slimeblock.

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w45a or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
