[MC-77064] vines east- west missplacement

when i logg in and start my world all the vines in the east and west will go 1 place of the block, it doesn't only look weird but if i break the vine that should be attachted to a block the whole vine breaks(even blocks above it) and doesn't give drop. this makes farming vines difficult and makes my builds with vines almost impossible, please help me.

This was an issue in 1.8.2-pre4, see MC-76614
In that version existing vines got shifted and new placed vines are shifted when either downgrading to 1.8.2-pre2 or upgrading to 1.8.2-pre6.

You cannot fix it, you'll have to remove and replace the vines.

This was only an issue in 1.8.2-pre3 and this is fixed since 1.8.2-pre5, read MC-76614.
