*What I expected to happen was...: i expected for it to log in so i could have fun on my server
Describe what you thought should happen here: i tought it should log me in or load the world
*What actually happened was...: it crahsed
Describe what happened here: when i clicked a server it crashed after trying to log in. same thing happened with single player.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Dubble click Minecraft on your desktop (windows 8.1)
2. wait for launcher to load then click play
3. click multiplayer or singleplayer
4. select a world or server
5. click play or dubble click
6. watch as your game tries to log in or load the world
7. be surprised as an annoying crash report pops up in your face.

The render distance has been set to an invalid value that isn't supported in older versions. There are instructions in that post to resolve this.

when I log into my world or any server it makes me crash on 1.8.1 pc. 😞
