[MC-77432] Enchanted fishing rods make enchanted carrot on a sticks

If you craft a carrot on a sick using an enchanted fishing rod, the resulting carrot on a stick will have the same enchantment.

williewillus: The fishing rod bug wasn't a bug :/ What happens if you deplete the carrot on a stick? You get your rod back. I don't get how attaching a carrot removes the magical spells on a rod.
