When a village gets generated, the game isn't ignoring grass. This causes a village which can be one block too high. For other solid block it makes sense because they aren't spread as randomly as grass, they rather appear in layers.

Alright I thought this was not one of these, because this would probably be "easier" to fix whereas in MC-1948 it needs a solid code to create the whole village at once
