Random entities/no-clip blocks spawn everywhere and bug out. They do not stay, but come and go randomly.

Random block entities spawn and start moving everywhere. It is not an issue with amount of memory being used as it is only using about 14%.

Environment

Windows 8.1, fully updated java version.
