Block Texture Glitch

When i play minecraft 1.8 or 1.8.1 after a few minutes the blocks glitches like invis blocks and sometimes make it a random texture i tried not using a resourcepack but it still glitchs i even tried optifine settings but it still glitch so pls help me it might be and i thing its my graphics or its just a bug but i dont believe its my graphics because it runs good in 1.7

i found out that in vanilla 1.8 and 1.8.1 after like a few few minutes it glitchs so if it glitchs i have to restart minecraft
