Custom entity name

As far as i know, there was issue like this already (MC-57516) and it says that it's fixed, but it's not(atleast for me). I'm using Minecraft 1.8.2 and when i try to spawn mob via command block: [summon Zombie ~ ~1 ~ {CustomName:"test",CustomNameVisible:1}] i still can see name only when i'm looking at entity.
