Redstone Clock gets "overpowered"

Hey guys, first iam not so good in english, sorry for that q:

I just wanted to report the folloing annoying bug:
I have a Adventuremap, the Problem it is to big to load all Chunks.
I have several normal redstone Clock there, but they get everytime "overpowered" if you tp away, leave, and tp there again so they dont work anymore.

It is highly likely that this has been reported before, and it is an annoying issue. for a temporary fix, you can place redstone clocks within the world spawn, or you can use different types of clocks such as the hopper clock or fill/setblock clocks.

Hmph... the way the title sounded told me that a clock ceeps giving you the achievement "Overpowered" over and over again

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w47c or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Ticket resolved as incomplete, because no answer in a reasonable amount of time (1+ year), if it still happens, please update the ticket.
